We see the truth of this African proverb every day in our office. It became the domain of our work. We use the experience and abilities of each of our employees by creating a comprehensive development services – from diagnosis of the training and consulting needs, through training, mentoring and coaching, to the acquired skills level assessment. Among us are working methodologists, trainers, educators, psychologists, programmers, business consultants, HR-people, lawyers and counselors (including specialists in various branches and sectors) As a result, during our work we are able to look at the planned solutions from various perspectives.
In connection with the conducted by our expert diagnosis of the educational staff needs (employees of schools and kindergartens), we have introduced additional training topics into our programme: 1. Innovative methods of work for physical education teachers, based on the pedagogy of circus 2. The teacher as a coach – coaching techniques in working with a difficult and talented students, 3. experimental methods in science education, 4. Development and implementation policies for school projects in European programs (ESF, Erasmus +).
We have also introduced training topics for the managements of schools and kindergartens: Management control in schools and safety of data in school. d.
We train others, but every year we invest in the development of the Blueform team. Thanks to the implementation of international projects we learn innovative training techniques, methods of working with adults and children, and as a result we use the best practices to introduce new topics and ways of educational projects implementation. This way you have a guarantee of high efficiency of our training.
This year we have also invested in sign language course to be able to communicate better with people with impaired hearing or speech.
Being aware of the duties incumbent on companies, especially those that deal with education, we very carefully analyze all the new projects and services in terms of their impact on society, the environment and employees working in the company. While creating software for companies, we strive to minimize the circulation of paper documents, we ourselves also conduct the analysis of waste or emissions of CO2 emitted into the environment and annually we make decisions about pro-social programs. Among our programs can be found educational competitions for children and young people, motivation for children from Orphanage, conducting free IT training or advice to people who want to open a business.
We make sure that all our payments for our business partners, employees and the State were timely, so that we continuously participate in the Rzetelna Firma programme operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy.
What is more, two times we have received first place in the „Dynamic enterprise” competition awarded annually by Żorska Izba Gospodarcza.

After a medical project „Let’s talk about transplantation!” it is time for the next ones. This year, together with our partner from Spain, we are working on methods of training in two areas: 1. thoracotomy resuscitation – the patient’s last chance for survival after the accident, 2. Procedure for the removal of organs from dead patients after cardiac arrest.
Introduction of the above mentioned trainings to the medical package has a significant impact on the procedures, e.g. after car accidents when medics find a patient in critical condition (quickly performed thoracotomy can be the last chance of survival) or dead (after the patient’s undeniable death he or she can still save lives of others).
Once more, we offer you comprehensive services dedicated to the development of companies and institutions employees. Despite the small number of announced contests for projects, the first half of the year resulted in the preparation of 24 grant applications for a total value of nearly 7 million, 16 of which have been positively evaluated and handed over for implementation (6 largest ones are pending).
